Production Glass Cutter Opportunity

This role focuses on operating and maintaining the float cutting tables to meet production demands.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting and sorting glass from 4-12mm thickness, with a keen eye for quality ensuring minimal damage or defects.

Daily collaboration with supervisors is essential to achieve efficiency and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and operating the Intermac and Bottero float cutting tables efficiently
  • Cutting and sorting float glass to ensure optimal flow into the next department
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety procedures and practices at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in handling float glass of various thicknesses (4-12mm)
  • Experience with automatic glass cutting tables and their maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
