Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced SCADA systems, with a focus on MOSAIC SCADA platforms.
  • Develop and maintain SCADA architectures for water treatment, distribution, and wastewater facilities.
  • Create detailed technical documentation including functional specifications, network diagrams, and control philosophies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of SCADA systems.
  • Conduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal reliability and uptime.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Stay abreast of emerging SCADA technologies, cybersecurity standards, and industry best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in control systems engineering, with a strong focus on SCADA.
  • Proven experience working with MOSAIC SCADA systems or Yokogawa CI Server is essential.
  • Proven background in the Water industry, including water/wastewater treatment and distribution systems.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming and integration with SCADA platforms.
  • Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
