Job Role:
Financial StrategistThe role of Financial Strategist plays a pivotal part in the finance area by producing high-level reports and strategic analysis to inform key budgetary decisions.
This is a permanent EL1 position available via an S26 transfer or potentially 12 months non-ongoing for those not currently employed in the APS.
We seek a candidate with strong communication skills and experience in management accounting at the EL1 level or equivalent, who can work effectively within the SAP and TM1 environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing data-driven insights to inform key budgetary decisions;
- Working closely with senior staff to develop financial strategies;
- Providing analytical insights to support decision-making;
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:- Australian Citizenship;
- Baseline clearance;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Experience in management accounting at the EL1 level or equivalent;
