This position plays a pivotal leadership role across all year levels from Prep to Year 10, driving excellence through the development of high-quality teaching and learning practices. As a key member of our leadership team, you will foster a collaborative and supportive environment, where strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and key stakeholders are cultivated and maintained.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance, promoting excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Form partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups, fostering collaboration and inclusivity.
  • Lead strategic initiatives, including AIP focus areas of reading and differentiation, and embed the General Capabilities and Cross Curricular Priorities into the curriculum.
  • Align curriculum planning to the Australian Curriculum and the requirements of the K-12 Framework, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Utilize data analysis, including LOA and NAPLAN, to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
  • Lead systematic synthetic phonics, enhancing literacy skills and knowledge.

As a leader in this role, you will report directly to the Principal or their delegate, upholding a standard of accountability and commitment to educational success.

Requirements
