Director of Service Role

This is a permanent and full-time position with some flexibility for working from home in between service times. A 5-week induction program will be provided to set you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor and Regional Manager.

The Director of Service will have autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day. They will build fantastic relationships with schools and partner on school events and community engagement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and love kids. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with confident interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude are also required.
