We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our childcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for children in our care.
Main Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Service in planning and implementing engaging programs for primary school-aged children.
- Create and implement enriching programs based on child preferences and interests.
- Maintain high-quality services by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- BUILD strong relationships with schools, parents, and the community through effective communication and collaboration.
- PASSIONATE about working with children and education.
- A positive attitude and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Keen to learn and develop skills in this field, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Outstanding communication skills and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
