Delivering Exceptional Childcare Experiences

Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a fantastic culture that offers fun, support and structured 5 week induction.

The Role:
  • Develop strong relationships with schools and partner on school events and community engagement initiatives.
  • Enjoy autonomy to plan and deliver enriching experiences for children every day.
  • Foster positive relationships with families that connect, inspire and delight.
  • Manage and roster a team of passionate educators.
  • Ensure compliance and medical documentation are accurate.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between TeamKids and the school community.

Service times: Monday - Friday, 6:45am - 9:00am, 2:30pm - 6:30pm, plus 7.75 admin hours per week.

Requirements:
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Confident interpersonal skills and natural leadership abilities are required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude are necessary.
  • A genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children is essential.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and a love for FUN are key attributes for this role.

Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification such as Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work or more. Please visit www.acecqa.gov.au for further information.
