As a Second in Charge, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. This includes:
- Creating and implementing enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
- Supporting program compliance ensuring a high quality service that exceeds industry standards
- Building strong relationships with schools parents & the wider community
- Playing and having FUN with primary school aged children
- Developing Coordinator skills and taking ownership during School Holiday periods
- You're passionate about kids have a positive can do attitude and love to have fun
- You're a strong team player and love leading a team to success
- Keen to learn and develop your skills in this industry
- You have outstanding communication skills and a desire to WOW customers
