Welder Fabrication Specialist

Join our team as a Welder Fabrication Specialist and be part of an exciting project in Karratha. The Project Ceres urea plant is a landmark project for Western Australia, with the largest production process in the country.

This opportunity will allow you to work on a major infrastructure project and be exposed to various iconic projects and industries. As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in fabrication and welding.

  • Determine product specifications by reading drawings, work orders, and production schedules.
  • Select and prepare metal stock, fabrication tools, and equipment for efficient workflow.
  • Use cutting/welding equipment and boiler making tools to fabricate, weld, and repair structural components and pipe supports.
  • Fabricate and assemble metal components by riveting, bolting, welding, brazing, or soldering.

You will need to operate machines and equipment safely and effectively. Previous experience working in a similar role and having certifications such as Construction White/Blue Card, Working at Heights, EWP, Confined Space, Gas Test Atmospheres are highly regarded.
