Logistics and Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory management, monitor stock transfers, forecast replenishment needs, and arrange emergency shipments.
  • Coordinate goods receipting, resolve issues, and ensure facilities can receive stock.
  • Manage the purchasing cart, add and remove products and suppliers, and troubleshoot resources.
  • Onboard new vendors, update existing ones, and oversee procurement administration.
  • Actively manage 3PL service providers and suppliers, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.
  • Resolve logistics service escalations and coordinate facility stock takes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in cost-saving initiatives and contract negotiation.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and communication skills.
  • Structured thinking ability and detail-oriented nature.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in healthcare industry.
  • Working knowledge of SAP system.
