We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Logistics Manager to oversee the integrity of materials data within our systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing data from Engineering and Project Bill of Material into requisitioning systems, with a focus on expediting critical items for e2o projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase Requisitions Management: Create and manage Purchase Requisitions in SAP to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to ensure materials availability aligns with construction schedules and constructability requirements.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Plan and forecast material requirements to allocate resources effectively and report delays to site teams.
  • Material Expediting: Expedite critical or priority items as required to meet project deadlines.
  • Inventory Management: Receive materials into SAP and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
  • Materials Control: Oversee the materials control function for materials and equipment received, handled, and issued through project lay down yards and sites.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect and verify materials, equipment, and documentation to ensure compliance with project technical and commercial requirements.
  • Site Coordination: Coordinate with site teams to issue materials and equipment accurately and ensure system information is up-to-date.
  • Engineering Support: Support Engineering teams in importing MTOs and BOM data and creating Engineering Requisitions in RFS.
  • Data Integrity: Check the integrity of data in RFS for conversion to Purchase Requisitions.

About the Role: As a Supply Chain Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire logistics process, from procurement to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and minimize delays.
