Supply Chain Operations Manager Position:

 We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to oversee stores, inventory, and supplies management daily, ensuring safe and accurate control of stores for all inventory items.

  • Inventory Oversight: Ensure accurate tracking and receipt of inventory items, meeting regulatory requirements.\Component
  • Equipment Management: Control equipment supporting all aircraft under certified air control or ownership, ensuring operational readiness.\Component
  • Ordering and Replenishment: Manage inventory levels and order non-aircraft inventory as needed.\Component
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to the Stores department.\Component
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies aligned with aircraft maintenance schedules and operational goals.\Component
  • Forecasting and Analysis: Forecast parts demand and plan inventory based on maintenance schedules, fleet utilization, and lead times.\Component
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with engineering, planning, and maintenance teams for procurement and logistics.\Component

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.\Component
  • Experience in warehousing and inventory management, including receiving, dispatch, freight handling, purchasing, and stock issuing.\Component
  • Prior aviation experience is beneficial.\Component
