Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Mechanic to carry out scheduled servicing on mobile plant equipment, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults.

This is a challenging role that requires hands-on problem-solving skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to work independently. If you have a trade qualification in Engineering – Mechanical, Diesel/Plant Mechanic, or equivalent, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role
  • Carry out scheduled servicing on mobile plant equipment
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults
  • Test hydraulic controls and replace major components
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections and commissioning of new machines
Requirements
  • Trade qualification: Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical, Diesel/Plant Mechanic, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working with heavy mobile plant, mineral processing, or bulk material handling equipment (crushing and screening experience highly regarded)
