About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Designer to join our Product Strategy & Innovation team at Australian Payments Plus. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product research and ideation, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Develop and implement value proposition design, feature definition, and customer experience strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Commercial teams to solve meaningful problems for our members and the payments industry.
  • Facilitate large workshops and influence stakeholder attitudes, decisions, and actions for mutual benefit.
Requirements
  • Robust experience in a Senior Lead product design and research role.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of delivering best-in-class work.
  • Deep experience working with Figma to create low-high fidelity storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
  • Ability to align customer experience with processes and systems required to deliver the service.
  • Experience planning and facilitating large workshops with diverse stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
