About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Designer to join our Product Strategy & Innovation team at Australian Payments Plus. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving product research, proposition development, and product design, as well as innovation across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver consistent customer experiences across all products
  • Drive innovation and work closely with Product, Technology, and Commercial teams to bring ideas to life and solve meaningful problems for our members and the payments industry
  • Take a leading role in product research, ideation facilitation, value proposition design, feature definition, customer experience, prototyping, desirability and usability validation, product strategy, and storytelling
Requirements
  • Robust experience working in a Senior Lead product design and research role
  • Proven leadership experience where you have been responsible for delivering best-in-class work
  • Deep experience working with Figma in order to create low-high fidelity storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes
  • Ability to align customer experience with the processes and systems that are required to deliver the service
  • Experience planning and facilitating large workshops with diverse stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Influencing stakeholder attitudes, decisions, and actions for mutual benefit
