Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Designer to join our team at Onset Group.

About the Role

  • As a Senior Service Designer, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience across various offerings by understanding the voice of the customer and business structures through a UX lens.
  • You will take a strategic design approach to navigate the complexities within the given area of the business.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand the intricacies of the department.
  • Delve into market trends and define the vision with a roadmap view.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working as a UX, Service, or Strategic Design (or similar).
  • Experience in a complex Tier 1 Financial Services institution is essential, specifically in Business Banking, Business Lending, Financial Crime, or Consumer Finance.
  • Experience in digitizing complex manual processes.
  • Confidence in managing a range of senior, potentially difficult, stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
  • The ability to jump quickly between varying priorities and work autonomously.

What We Offer

  • Contract opportunities for at least three Senior Service / Strategic Designers.
  • Remote working options from Sydney or Melbourne.
  • $800 - $950 a day depending on seniority.
