Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Designer to join our team at Onset Group. As a Senior Service Designer, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience across our offerings by understanding the voice of the customer and business structures through a UX lens.

You will take a strategic design approach to navigate the complexities within the given area of the business, collaborating with senior stakeholders to understand its intricacies. You will delve into market trends and define the vision with a roadmap view.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience working as a UX, Service, or Strategic Design (or similar). Experience in a complex Tier 1 Financial Services institution is essential, specifically in Business Banking, Business Lending, Financial Crime, or Consumer Finance. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and have the ability to jump quickly between varying priorities and work autonomously.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience working as a UX, Service, or Strategic Design (or similar)
  • Experience in a complex Tier 1 Financial Services institution is essential
  • Experience in digitizing complex manual processes
  • Confidence in managing a range of senior, potentially difficult, stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
  • The ability to jump quickly between varying priorities and work autonomously
