Customer Service Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Customer Service Manager to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and supporting our customers in achieving their shopping goals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Customer Service Manager in leading and coaching the Customer Service team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Support the team in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
