The Court Referral and Outreach Program (CROP) is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the management of our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Support individuals with complex needs, helping them access the right services at the right time.
Requirements:
- A strong foundation in therapeutic services and proven leadership experience.
- Deep expertise in assessment and case management practices, including risk and needs assessment tools.
- Authoritative advice to the team, courts, and judiciary, ensuring recommendations are grounded in best practice and tailored to individual needs.
- Coordinating support services and building meaningful relationships with stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes across the justice system.

About You:
