The Court Referral and Outreach Program (CROP) is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the management of our team. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • A strong foundation in therapeutic services and proven leadership experience.
  • Deep expertise in assessment and case management practices, including risk and needs assessment tools.
  • Authoritative advice to the team, courts, and judiciary, ensuring recommendations are grounded in best practice and tailored to individual needs.
  • Coordinating support services and building meaningful relationships with stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes across the justice system.

About You:
  • Extensive experience in assessment and case management, particularly with clients facing multiple and complex challenges.
  • A strong understanding of solution-focused courts and therapeutic program delivery, with experience in a prison context highly valued.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, from judicial officers to community organizations.
  • Solid knowledge of evidence-informed practice models for working with individuals experiencing mental illness, intellectual disability, or acquired brain injury.
