  • Perform daily payment processing and reconciliation with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the Team Leader with reporting, data analysis, and enhancing operational procedures.
  • Act as a senior contact for complex queries, helping to resolve operational challenges.
  • Monitor and authorize payment files for Australia and NZ, ensuring compliance with all standards.
  • Participate in change management initiatives, providing valuable input and aiding in smooth project transitions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years in operations, preferably within financial services, with a strong understanding of transactional banking.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. You thrive in a customer-focused setting and take pride in delivering accurate, efficient work.
  • People Skills: Demonstrated ability to coach, support team members, and build productive relationships with internal stakeholders.
