About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to contribute to the development, capture, and delivery of payment solution requirements. As a key member of our Payment Solution and Analysis team, you will work closely with product and scheme teams to provide solution expertise and analysis support.

This challenging role requires strong collaboration skills, excellent business analysis capabilities, and experience with payment vendor applications, ISO 20022/NPP, and solution design or technical business analysis methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards in business analysis to ensure consistent project outcomes.
  • Perform thorough gap analyses to ensure complete and accurate coverage of requirements.
  • Deliver business analysis artifacts aligned with AP+ standards when assigned to a project.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Project Managers, Operations, Developers, and Testers.
