Job Summary:\

This role presents a unique opportunity to join a leading law firm as a Legal Assistant. The successful applicant will be part of a friendly and collaborative commercial mergers & acquisitions team.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Liaise with clients to provide excellent customer service\
  • Typing correspondence, formatting documents, and maintaining accurate records\
  • Extensive diary and inbox management to ensure efficient workflow\
  • Reporting and preparing memos, letters of advice, articles, and comments\
  • Office services duties, including reception relief and float assistant cover\
  • Administrative duties as required, supporting the team's success\

Requirements:\

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a law firm or professional services administration capacity, with good computer literacy skills and effective problem-solving and organisational abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
