Night Duty Management Role

The RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Night Duty Manager.
This leadership position plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of the resort, particularly during night hours when Heads of Departments are not present.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, leadership qualities, and experience in the hospitality industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and create a safe, team-oriented work environment for Front Office, Housekeeping, and relevant teams.
- Assist in staff induction and training aligned with RACV policies and procedures.
- Monitor property operations to ensure presentation meets agreed standards and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a 4-5-star hotel or resort setting.
- A strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent administration and organizational skills.
- A high attention to detail.
