**Your Mission:**

Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to design, build, and productionize proprietary machine learning models that solve complex business challenges.

**What You'll Do:**

* Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand business priorities and architect machine learning solutions
* Build and productionize machine learning models, including data preparation, machine learning orchestrations, and performance improvements
* Contribute to the high-quality code base with tests, load testing, unit testing, and integration testing
* Stay up-to-date with emerging tech and trends, research state-of-the-art deep learning models, and prototype new ideas
* Share your knowledge through brown bags, tech talks, and evangelizing best practices

**Requirements:**

* PhD in Machine Learning
* Extensive knowledge in Bayesian methods, Recommender systems, multi-task modeling, meta-learning, click-through rate modeling, or conversion rate modeling
* 3+ years of industry experience in building production-grade machine learning systems
* Experience with Kubeflow, Tensorflow, and Feature Store in a production environment
* Bonus points for familiarity with DCNV2, MMOE, Deep & Wide, ESMM, xDeepFM, and GDCN architectures
