Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our engineering team. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and productionizing proprietary machine learning models to solve different business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand business priorities and architect machine learning solutions.
  • Build and productionize machine learning models, including data preparation and processing pipelines, machine learning orchestrations, and improvements to service performance and reliability.
  • Contribute to the high-quality code base with tests that provide functional and non-functional coverage.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging tech and trends, research state-of-the-art deep learning models, and prototype new modeling ideas.
  • Share knowledge through brown bags, tech talks, and evangelizing best practices.
Requirements
  • PhD in Machine Learning or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Bayesian methods, recommender systems, multi-task modeling, meta-learning, click-through rate modeling, or conversion rate modeling.
  • 3+ years of industry experience in building production-grade machine learning systems.
  • Experience with Kubeflow, Tensorflow, and Feature Store in a production environment is a plus.
