Job Overview\

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering technical and strategic human resource advice across various areas. Your expertise will be utilized to build capability that supports people and business objectives.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Operate as a business partner within the People and Culture team to deliver technical and strategic human resource advice.
  • Identify and deliver human resources initiatives in partnership with the People and Culture team.
  • Provide expert advice on human resources legislation, policies, and procedures that promote compliance, mitigate risk, and facilitate best practice outcomes.
  • Represent HR at management meetings and internal forums to support workforce planning, operational reporting, and strategic HR discussions.
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor, providing coaching and practical solutions to improve workplace relationships, engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Build staff capability and leadership in HR processes, legislative and delegate responsibilities, effective record keeping, and conduct and performance management.
  • Support the implementation of strategic workforce, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, business operational plans, and continuous improvement projects.
