Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team in a residential home. As a key member of our team, you will be working with young people who have challenging behavior and need guidance and support to achieve their goals.

This is a permanent role with excellent career prospects and a comprehensive training program within an expanding organization. You will work on average 38 hours per week, with 2 days on and 4 days off shift pattern, including 2 sleep-ins. In addition, you will be eligible for generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime hours, and performance-related bonus scheme.

  • You will be required to have a full manual driving license and be capable of working independently to a high level of accuracy, maintaining clear and neat records.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to engage, motivate, and encourage young people are essential. Previous experience of working with young people would be desirable, as well as a willingness to work towards a fully funded qualification in Level 3 Children and Young People.
