**The Role**

Based in **St Marys, NSW** you will be responsible for managing the fleet which consists of approximately 300+ vehicles including mobile equipment, trucks, Utes, tippers and trailers throughout** **NSW, VIC & QLD.

**Your responsibilities**
- Maintaining registrations, E-tags, Fuel cards, co-coordinating servicing and inspections, approvals for vehicle servicing and maintenance and liaising with multiple fleet companies.
- Repair of the fleet to maintain vehicle usage, disposals, end of lease returns and damage to vehicles.
- Invoicing Leases, fuel/fuel usage, Tolls, Purchase orders, entering data, and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Coordinating new starters with HR for vehicle allocation
- Provided all drivers with pertinent safety materials regarding rules and regulations, assist with breakdown and accidents and managing insurance claims for vehicles.
- Monitoring the allocation and distribution of all Fleet from state to state when needed.
- Setting up all leasing contracts, negotiating with fleet companies, and gaining quotes and the best prices possible.
- Assist to develop strategies to improve safety and reduce accidents.
- Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by the Plant Manager
- High level of attention to detail with strong organisation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Competent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Self-starter with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
