**Assessment Expert Role**

As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring a seamless and efficient assessment process for Motor Claims.

The key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service by adhering to relevant systems and protocols.

- Maintaining consistent and proactive communication with customers, repairers, and tow operators to address customer dissatisfaction.

- Offering guidance and advice to customers to inform their decision-making leading to optimal assessing, repair, or total loss resolutions.

- Facilitating rebooking and pathing activities by guiding customers into Internal Assessment Centres (IACs) and the repairer network.

- Effectively managing all aspects of repairer services throughout the fulfilment process and proactively managing administrative activities from booking to assessment authorisation.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholder outcomes.

- Previous experience working in the Insurance industry with demonstrated strong customer service skills.

- Strong computer skills with previous experience working with industry-specific programs or the ability to quickly learn necessary systems.

- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage workload while adapting to unexpected demands and being a team player.

- Capacity to manage challenging situations in a calm and professional manner with a problem-solving, solutions-focused approach.
