Process Engineer Role

This is a dynamic role that focuses on the development of engineering expertise while supporting process improvement and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to drive operational excellence in cement manufacturing
  • Conduct thorough plant testing to identify areas for improvement
  • Assess and process engineering checks, ensuring compliance with safety standards
  • Analyse and interpret results and data to inform decision-making
  • Work safely and conduct regular audits to identify potential hazards
  • Manage plant upgrades and modifications to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or equivalent
  • Proactive attitude, commitment to safety, and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analytics and visualisation
  • Flexibility to travel within state and interstate as required
  • Interest in heavy manufacturing, minerals processing, mining, and construction
