Project Lead Role

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Project Lead to spearhead the delivery of complex construction projects. As a pivotal member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the local environment and contribute to regional prosperity.

This full-time position is based in a modern regional office, where you will report directly to the Divisional Manager. The successful candidate will have:

  • More than 10 years of experience in commercial construction
  • Formal occupational Health and Safety training
  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project

The ideal candidate will be able to ensure that all projects exceed safety, quality, and environmental targets, as defined in our total integrated management system. They will also be responsible for project commercial outcomes, including contract management, while maintaining robust safety standards at all levels.
