Position Highlights

The successful applicant will join the school with a focus on providing quality Catholic education, maximising student outcomes by offering a rich, relevant, and holistic curriculum that is student-centred, flexible, and challenging.

This full-time role is scheduled to commence on a date to be determined. We welcome applications from recent graduates as well.

About You

As a TAS Teacher, you will work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative, and engaging pedagogy.

To excel in this role, you will be able to:

  • Create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
  • Demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach TAS. The ability to teach RE is advantageous
  • Utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
  • Employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
  • Support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
  • Integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences

You will have attained:

  • A tertiary qualification in Education
  • Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead
