About Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Primary School

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our vibrant community as a Classroom Teacher. Our Lady of Fatima is a three-stream Kindergarten to Year 6 primary school that strives for excellence in education and inspires a love of lifelong learning in our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies
  • Utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
  • Employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
  • Support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
  • Manage a classroom effectively with a focus on student well-being
  • Integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences
  • Work collaboratively in a team to achieve desired outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of whole school initiatives
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills

About You

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Classroom Teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and making a positive impact on students' lives. To excel in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Education
  • Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead
