We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team at TGI Fridays in Regional NSW. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional quality food and service
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the high standards of TGI Fridays
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and food safety
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional quality food and service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
