About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team at 3001 DXC Technology Australia Pty Limited. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in assisting and supporting injured workers' return to work through the delivery of person-centred case management. Your expertise will ensure entitlements to compensation are made appropriately and timely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and determining liability on claims
- Preparing for, attending and performing at claims reviews highlighting your excellent claims strategies, results and communicating further with your stakeholders
- Assist workers in returning to work and manage chronic ill health through person-centred case management
- Ensure entitlements to compensation are made appropriately and timely
Requirements:
- Experience as a Case Manager with the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme, ideally in Return to Work or Long-Term Case Management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Decision making, negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work with different IT applications
