About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Case Manager to join our team at DXC Technology Australia Pty Limited. As a Senior Case Manager, you will play a critical role in managing high-risk cases to achieve the best possible recovery and return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies to ensure optimal outcomes for injured workers.
  • Collaborate with case managers and stakeholders to gather information and develop comprehensive case plans.
  • Prepare and attend claims reviews and clinical case conferences to facilitate effective outcomes.
  • Utilize advanced injury and return to work management skills to achieve optimal results.
  • Apply exceptional stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
