Job Title: Trainee Case Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Trainee Case Manager to join our team at 3001 DXC Technology Australia Pty Limited. As a Trainee Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing workers' compensation claims and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage workers' compensation claims from inception to resolution
  • Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to determine claim entitlement
  • Develop and implement return-to-work plans to ensure injured workers return to work safely and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, medical practitioners, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient claim resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to claimants and employers

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills
  • Ability to plan and organise work in a manner that ensures timeframes are managed
  • Aptitude for working concurrently across multiple technology platforms
  • High level of organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with workers, employers, medical, paramedical and legal practitioners
  • Ability to work within a team – in an office-based environment
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Sensitivity to issues related to people with medical, cultural and social needs
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
