Clinical Specialist – Sexual Assault

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-quality clinical support to victim-survivors of sexual assault and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver confidential face-to-face and telephone counselling services for adults, children, and young people affected by sexual violence.
- Monitor client progress and tailor responses considering their diverse backgrounds and preferences.
- Conduct culturally sensitive intake assessments and provide information about our services and supports.
- Collaborate with other organisations to ensure clients access necessary support.
- Support victim-survivors through legal and medical processes following recent sexual assaults.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or equivalent, with registration.
- Minimum three years of practice experience.
- Participation in the after-hours roster approximately six times per year.
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa.
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Card.
- Clear National Police Certificate.
