About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to work with children and young people affected by sexual harm.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist clinical support and advocacy services to victim-survivors of sexual assault
  • Work with children and young people affected by sexual harm and support children and families displaying sexualised behaviours
  • Develop, deliver, expand, and evaluate group-based and peer support programs for victim-survivors
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in counselling, social work, psychology, or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the impacts and dynamics of sexual assault and experience in trauma-informed counselling
  • Experience working with adults, young people, and/or children who have been impacted by sexual assault and violence
  • Commitment to inclusive practice and proven capacity to meet the diverse needs of clients
