Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you'll embody the values and excellence that underpin our service standards, ensuring passengers' comfort and safety soar to new heights on every flight.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will meet specific height requirements; between 155cms and 175cms.
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence is essential.
  • You must have a valid Passport with a minimum of 12 months validity.
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • You must be fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage including Tetum).

 

Desirable Qualities:
  • You should possess impeccable personal presentation and no visible tattoos whilst in uniform.
  • A positive attitude and a team player mindset is crucial.
  • Genuine desire to assist and care for others is vital.
  • Commitment to safety protocols is paramount.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments is necessary.

Requirements:
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • At least one year experience in Customer Service or Hospitality is required.
  • The ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), which involves a police check, is mandatory.
  • A pre-employment medical assessment will be conducted.
  • You must be able to swim 50 metres unaided.
