Airborne Ambassador

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers on board.

Whether it's providing exceptional customer service or handling challenging situations with ease, this role requires individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cabin operations independently, including in-flight announcements, equipment checks, and passenger service.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all passengers.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) which involves a police security check.
• Meet one of the following criteria:
  • Completed at least three years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand.
  • Worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least three of the last five years.
  • Worked in the UK, Ireland, or USA for at least three of the last five years.
  • Completed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall grade of 5.5.
• Have a current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
• Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate - completed within the last three years.
• Be able to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device (a swim assessment is required).
• Have a high level of personal presentation and flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and public holidays.
