About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team.

  • You will be accountable for planning, leading, organizing and controlling of warehousing to ensure efficient inventory and warehouse management and cost-effective delivery of shipment volume objectives.
  • You will lead optimum utilization of Warehouse space; conduct warehouse capacity plan review on a regular basis.
  • You will develop & implement overhead budgets to define cost boundaries for an efficient warehouse operation.
  • You will be responsible for strong governance & compliance requirements (warehouse audits, ISO, FSSC, Quality management system audits etc.) to be in place.
  • You will be Accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the team and responsible for identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain & develop critical talent and build capability at all levels, technical and behavioral.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant work experience in warehouse and/or production operations, inventory management & handling material movement equipment.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP (SAP) systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
