The Opportunity
  • We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team of around 20 at our modern, purpose-built facility located in Dandenong South.
  • As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and compliance of our newly introduced afternoon shift.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, particularly in pick-packing and dispatch functions. You should also possess a current Forklift and High Reach license, with experience and proficiency operating both.

The Role
  • You will engage in and monitor daily activities including receiving, replenishment, pick-pack, and dispatch.
  • Strong adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures and safety policies is essential.
  • You will improve your team's performance via targeted training and personal development.
  • You will support the DC Supervisor & DC Manager to identify and implement operational efficiencies.
Requirements
  • A strong background in warehouse operations, particularly in pick-packing and dispatch functions.
  • A current Forklift and High Reach license, with experience and proficiency operating both.
  • Autonomy to lead afternoon shift operations.
  • Enthusiasm and self-discipline.
  • Ability to undergo first aid qualification training.
