Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and physically fit individual with a strong background in warehouse operations, specifically in forklift driving and racking systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

About the Role:

This casual-temp-to-perm position involves safely operating forklifts to move, stack, and organize racking materials and other warehouse items. Key responsibilities include assisting with the installation and maintenance of racking systems, ensuring efficient handling and storage of products according to warehouse standards, and performing stock replenishment, putaway, and order picking using RF scanners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition, maintaining an organized and clean work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines, and collaborating with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements:
  • A valid forklift license with experience in a warehouse environment
  • Experience working with racking systems is highly desirable
  • A strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items
  • Strong communication skills
