Salary

We offer a competitive salary with an annual incentive program, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding talent and driving performance. Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity as Warehouse Supervisor requires a highly motivated and organized individual to manage the transport and distribution of finished goods from our Sunshine Site to customers or other warehouses. The ideal candidate will also oversee raw material movement, ensuring efficient and accurate storage in accordance with quality standards and company guidelines.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Logistics Manager to develop individual team members and build a capable and fully engaged team that delivers on company targets. This includes managing inventory accuracy, coordinating pre-batching of raw materials, and contributing to the formulation of site objectives from a logistics perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  2. Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to maintain accuracy and reduce stock discrepancies
  3. Coordinate pre-batching of raw materials to ensure timely production and minimize delays
  4. Support the Logistics Manager in developing and implementing logistics strategies to meet business objectives
  5. Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management)
  • 3-5 years' experience in warehouse and distribution management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision, demonstrating resilience and a drive for results
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability, quality, and safety in all aspects of the business
