Key Role: Senior Field Marketing Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will lead field marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and accelerate revenue in the APAC region.

This role is ideal for those who have experience managing event-led strategies, regional field marketing programs, and partner marketing initiatives. You will work closely with sales and partner teams to deliver pipeline and opportunity generation goals.

You will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact campaigns tailored to the APAC market, managing budgets efficiently, and showcasing return on investment.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B company, specialized knowledge in APAC markets, and proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce.

Key skills include direct event management experience, budget planning and ROI reporting, collaboration with outbound sales teams, and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Intercom.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of event-led GTM strategy across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Thailand
  • Drive regional field and partner marketing programs to generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and support revenue growth
  • Partnering closely with APAC sales and partner teams to deliver pipeline and opportunity generation goals
  • Designing meaningful in-person and virtual experiences that enhance outbound efforts
  • Co-owning partner activations (field and virtual) to expand reach and accelerate revenue
