About the PositionWe are seeking an accomplished legal expert to provide authoritative advice on complex projects. This is a challenging opportunity for an individual passionate about delivering high-quality legal solutions.
This role will involve providing strategic guidance on diverse legal matters, supporting major commercial initiatives and contracts. Your work will span various sectors including construction, infrastructure, technology development, procurement, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive legal advice on complex matters related to commercial transactions, project management, and contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies for managing legal risks and ensuring compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and clients to foster successful business outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of legal principles and practices.
As a senior legal counsel, you will be expected to demonstrate expertise in contract law, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance. Your ability to think critically and strategically will enable you to drive business growth while mitigating legal risks.
