Overview Partnering with clients to support their growth goals and fuel the future of Energy and Infrastructure Senior Legal Counsel – Renewable Energy Projects On behalf of one of our clients we're looking for a commercially focused Senior Legal Counsel (at least 7+ years PQE) with a strong grounding in early-stage development and construction to support a growing portfolio of renewable energy projects across the full lifecycle.
In this role, you'll be the legal lead on high-value renewable energy developments - advising on land rights, planning and permitting, grid connection, EPC and O&M contracts, and supply chain negotiations.
You'll work closely with internal teams, developers, contractors, and external counsel to de-risk projects and drive them from concept to commissioning.
Experience across construction law, development agreements, and project structuring is key, with exposure to project finance or bankability reviews a strong plus.
This is a high-impact position within a collaborative, mission-driven team at the forefront of the energy transition.
