**Lead Maintenance Professional**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced maintenance professional to lead our site’s maintenance capability. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in maintaining equipment, buildings, and facilities.

This role involves managing the maintenance team, directing external contractors, inspecting machinery for conformance with operational standards, developing methods to improve operations, and conducting training for new staff. Ideal candidates will have a background in managing maintenance teams, experience with MEX Maintenance, flexibility to manage issues outside normal hours, and relevant licenses and certifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to minimize costs and labor.
  • Conducting regular inspections of site machinery and equipment to ensure they meet operational standards.
  • Directing team members and external contractors engaged in machinery and building upgrades.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting to stakeholders.

In addition to technical skills, we require strong communication, coaching, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills to effectively lead and motivate the team.
