Senior Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management professional to join our team as a Senior Risk Analyst.
- The successful candidate will work closely with business partners and stakeholders to identify, assess and mitigate risks that may impact the organization.
- Manage risk across the organization by developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and standardize process and controls documentation.
- Support risk event and issues management processes by assessing and resolving risk events.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to assess impacts from multiple risk perspectives and ensure thorough documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Excellent knowledge of auditing various business operations and 4-6 years of progressive work experience.
- Previous experience in risk and control functions or internal/external audit within a multinational organization.
- High level of integrity.
- Ability to spot control gaps with intuition of risk prioritization.
- Curious, creative, and innovative mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to an ever-evolving work environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
